On January 21, 2022, Fujian Meiyi Foods Co., Ltd.'s wholly-owned subsidiary, Zhangzhou Meilai Biotechnology Co., Ltd., successfully passed the GB 22570 standard review for complementary food nutrition supplements, setting sail towards a new height in infant complementary food. As a standardized production enterprise for infant food in Fujian Province, we have a long way to go. R&D testing center

In recent years, with the improvement of living standards, people are paying more and more attention to food safety. Ensuring food safety relies on the efforts of operators. After a period of intense preparation, Fujian Meiyi Food Co., Ltd.'s large-scale R&D center and infant food standard testing center have officially been put into use. The newly built R&D testing center has a total investment of over 5 million yuan and is equipped with a large number of advanced laboratory equipment in strict accordance with the GB22570 standard requirements for infant supplementary food. It can conduct various tests for nutrients, heavy metals, and microbial limits, ensuring the food quality of the company's products. We cooperate with the Spice and Beverage Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Tropical Agricultural Sciences and the National Engineering Technology Research Center for Fungi Grass, introducing high-tech talents. Currently, there are more than 10 R&D personnel with doctoral and master's degrees, holding 25 patents, receiving multiple scientific and technological progress awards, and possessing an internationally advanced, industry-leading R&D center. The testing center has established a complete, reliable, responsible, and traceable quality assurance system; it produces and tests products strictly according to the EU BRC and HACCP food safety management systems, and has set up a dedicated testing center equipped with complete analytical testing equipment. Testing is conducted using international standards such as GB, ISO, AOAC, with IQC, PQC, OQC, and QA strictly controlling every link from raw materials to production to product shipment. It has internationally and industry-advanced testing equipment.

From raw materials, personnel, facilities and equipment, production processes, packaging and transportation, to quality control, all aspects meet the sanitary quality requirements according to national regulations. To maintain the cleanliness of the cleanroom, there are specific dress codes for personnel entering and exiting; they must wear long gowns, dust-free clothing, dust-free shoes, hats, and masks; they need to wear special clean coveralls, dust-free shoes to cover the whole body, and wear gloves and masks, isolating all production processes from the outside world.
